In this refreshing Easter egg, Brazil meets England in a vibrant pairing of Brazilian single-origin cacao from the Bahia rainforest and English peppermint. The chocolate reveals elegant notes of fruit, roasted cocoa and black tea, while the peppermint brings a cool, aromatic lift.
The peppermint oil is grown, harvested and distilled on a farm in Hampshire, then carefully aged in barrels for two years to allow its flavour to mellow and deepen, creating a mint oil that is smoother, cooler and more refined than typical varieties.
Together, these ingredients create a chocolate experience where Brazilian rainforest cacao meets the freshness of English peppermint - a story of two places brought together in one elegant Easter creation.
