Return and Refund Policy
At Giuliana Pimenta, we strive to ensure that our customers are delighted with our artisanal chocolates. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a fault with the items you received. We understand that each situation is unique, and we are committed to evaluating return requests on a case-by-case basis. If you notice any fault with an item you purchased, please contact us within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any complaints after this period.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Return Agreement: Any return of a product must be formally agreed upon between Giuliana Pimenta and the customer. Once an agreement is reached, the product must be returned within 7 days. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
4. Refund Policy: We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions: Custom orders and items purchased during special promotions or sales may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
