Shipping policy

For Chocolate Boxes and Gifts purchased online:
  • Our chocolates are crafted fresh upon order, especially for you, to guarantee the highest quality and freshness. Therefore, all online orders are dispatched from our kitchen within a maximum of 4 days. Delivery timing begins after dispatch. Should you require your order in a shorter timeframe, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Our Chocolate Boxes and Gifts purchased online are delivered in London by Packfleet (in exceptional cases we can use Gophr, Quiver or Hived) ensuring prompt and safe delivery. For the rest of mainland Great Britain, we use DHL (via Packfleet), maintaining our commitment to high-quality service for every order.
  • Upon receiving your products, we kindly ask you to verify they match your order. If you notice any damage, please note it down, date, and sign the delivery note. Short on time? Please write "unchecked" on the note. This helps ensure your satisfaction and assists us in addressing any concerns promptly.
  • We kindly request that if you have any concerns with your parcel, please reach out to us via email within 48 hours of its arrival. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept claims after this timeframe. When emailing us, just let us know what went wrong and include any evidence you might have. Once we review and accept your claim, Giuliana Pimenta Chocolates is happy to offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement delivery. 
  • Our chocolates are freshly made to order especially for you and, being perishable food items, we typically do not accept returns. However, should there be a need to discuss a return, it must be mutually agreed upon with Giuliana Pimenta Chocolates and the customer. Please ensure any agreed returns are sent back to us within 48 hours of this agreement. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns after this period. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated!
  • Each of our chocolates is lovingly handcrafted, making every piece unique. Consequently, the images displayed on our website serve solely as illustrative representations and should not be considered binding.
  • Please double-check the delivery address before placing your order to ensure it reaches the recipient safely. If there's a mistake, let us know before we dispatch your order! Once the parcel is on its way, we can't be responsible for deliveries made to the wrong address or parcels that can't be received. Also, if a delivery attempt is missed or the goods are affected by not being delivered, we're sorry, but we can't take responsibility for that.

For Weddings, social events and corporate orders:

  • For weddings, social events, corporate orders, or any special requests, delivery arrangements including cost, date, and time will be tailored on an individual basis to ensure a personalized and seamless experience.
